He serves on the editorial boards of several national and international journals and currently serves as an Associate Editor of Decision Sciences. He has researched and published about 200 research and technical papers in the areas of technology management, e-commerce, supply chain management, operations management, scheduling, planning and control, information systems, educational curriculum, academic administration, enhancing the delivery of instructional material through advanced technologies including distance learning and organizational effectiveness.
Professor Alexander Kouzmine

Professor Alexander Kouzmin is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Management , University of South Australia , and a Visiting Professor at the School of Public Policy and Management, University of Plymouth . Before he retired from full-time academic work in 2005, he held a Chair in Management at Southern Cross University. He has degrees in Civil Engineering, Political Science and Management from the University of Melbourne , and has been a consultant to international and government agencies in Australia , Europe and South-East Asia . He has published eight books and more than 290 papers and book chapters in organizational design, IS/IT vulnerabilities, cross-cultural management, organizational change and crisis management.

Dr. Jie Lu is an Associate Professor and the leader of e-Service and Decision Making Research Group in the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She has over 140 publications in international journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. She has recently published an edited book “ E-Service Intelligence-methodology, Technologies and Applications ” by Springer. She has received three ARC discovery grants. She has served as a chair for a number of conferences and workshops, and a guest editor of special issues for a number of journals.

Shankar Sankaran teaches project management at the University of Technology Sydney . He comes to academia with more than thirty years of experience in management positions in Asia, the Middle East and Australia , and has managed large engineering and IT-based industrial projects. Shankar's research interests include project management, knowledge management, technology management, innovation, life coaching and management development using action learning. He is interested in the application of action research and systems thinking approaches to management, community and organisational research. He has published more than 50 papers in refereed journals, edited books and presented papers at international conferences in his areas of interest.

Dr Lin has conducted extensive research in the areas of: e-commerce, e-health, health communication, health informatics, IS/IT investment evaluation and benefits realization, IS/IT outsourcing, IT adoption and diffusion, RFID, social marketing, strategic alliance in healthcare, and virtual teams. She has completed Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at Southern Cross University in 2005. Her thesis entitled “Action Research in Knowledge Management: Connecting Knowledge in an Australian Public Sector Organisation” investigates on connecting people to knowledge. Her other expertise includes ICT governance, systems development, technology management, strategic management and environmental risk management. She has presented in SCU Doctoral Symposium, ActKM, iKMS(Information & Knowledge Management Society (Singapore) and ALARPM (Action Learning, Action Research and Process Management Association Action Learning) and published in ActKM Journal and International Journal of Knowledge, Culture and Change in Organisations.

Coming from an engineering background, Paul has spent over fifteen years designing, developing and implementing information systems supporting engineering operations in the electricity industry. Dr James is a practicing manager with a large Australian electricity utility, currently working as the Manager Corporate Strategy Development in the corporate strategy group. His work experience also includes business continuity planning, and project manager/director working with engineering information systems.

He is also the co-ordinator for arrangement for Malaysian leaders for Integral Leadership Centre - University of Western Australia and Australia Institute of Management in Perth for the Management Programs and Leadership development programs. His academic qualifications include two PhDs, DBA, MBA, Bachelor of Commerce from New Zealand , Australia and USA . Professor Dr Chong specializes in various areas of Industrial Engineering and Operation Management. He also has been providing consultancy services in the areas of Human Resource Management and Training, English Programs for Asian Countries, and Project Management.

Edward W.N. Bernroider received a MS degree in Applied Informatics (1997) from the University of Salzburg , a PhD (2001) and a post-doctoral degree (2005) in Business Administration and Information Systems from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where he is currently employed as Associate Professor. His research and teaching as well as industry projects focus on IT Governance in particular on IT evaluation, selection and controlling methodologies. Output from these activities appeared in over 50 international publications covering different refereed journals, conferences and books.

Dr Lihua Zhao
